The Service is not a replacement for mental health therapy appointments, crisis intervention or emergency response.
If you or someone you know is experiencing thoughts of self-harm or suicide, or any other health emergency, please immediately call 911 or emergency services. Our SMS Service is not monitored 24/7 and cannot respond to urgent or crisis situations.
Opt-In and Opt-Out Procedures
You can opt in to receive SMS messages by following the registration process on our website or by calling Shoreline Therapy & Consulting.
You may opt out of the Service at any time by texting “STOP” to the number from which you receive messages.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency may vary depending on your preferences and the nature of the information you request.
Shoreline Therapy & Consulting does not charge for use of our SMS texting Service. However, message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. You are responsible for any fees charged by your wireless provider.
